Jane and John Doe are multiple-use placeholder names used when the true name of a person is unknown or being intentionally concealed. Jane x John Essentials branches off of this notion of anonymity, which suggests that individuals think and behave like their truest self when in an anonymous state. An anonymous state is a focused state that is unaffected by outside noise. It enables individuals to test their highest potentials by exploring the unknown while unsupervised. Individuals in an anonymous state are chasing the unknown, thus being Led by the Unknown.
