Items will be sent out approximately 2-5 business days after your order is placed. We aim to get your package to you as soon as possible!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Items will be sent out approximately 2-5 business days after your order is placed. We aim to get your package to you as soon as possible! Shipping costs for international orders vary by location.
Note: International orders may be subject to additional custom taxes and/or fees that will be charged at your expense.
In the rare event that your package gets lost in the mail, you must contact the CARRIER for information regarding the lost package. It is out of our control what goes on once the package is dropped off to the carrier.
Exchange Policy
DOMESTIC ORDERS
You must contact Jane Essentials 14 days after receiving your order for exchanges to be processed. Contact us via message by accessing our website, clicking on Contact Us, and scrolling down to the bottom.
Please enter your tracking number in the subject line so we can confirm that the items were shipped.
Once your exchange is approved, you will need to ship out your items via USPS and send us a tracking number within 5 days from approval or waive your opportunity to exchange.
You may only exchange items that have not been worn, washed, or damaged. Eligible items are accepted to exchange for different sizes or colors of the same style. Wait times may vary on exchanges depending on inventory status during that period.
INTERNATIONAL
All orders traveling beyond the US borders are considered final sale (no exchanges).
